Description:
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent
customer service and technical support.
Responsibilities
and Duties:
Provide customer satisfaction through effective
and timely resolution. Need to have positive and
cooperative behavior with customers and co-workers.
Contribute to additional projects as assigned. Strive
for one-call resolution of customer issues. Successfully
completes any training provided. Uses training tools
provided to deliver exceptional customer service.
Meets department productivity and quality standards.
Appropriately disburses adjustments and account
credits in accordance with Rioplex Wireless Ltd.
Policy. Ability to work and contribute as a team
member. Ability to operate fax and copier machines,
attend meetings, type and operate phone systems.
Attendance:
Ability to meet Company attendance criteria.
Work
Experience/Education:
Prefer one year of experience in a Call Center/Technical
Support environment; or comparable customer service experience.
High school diploma or GED certificate.
